Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries and issue quotations
Build strong relationships with wholesale clients
Process orders accurately and manage workflow through ERP/CRM systems
Support external sales with pricing, stock and project information
Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable options
Experience Required
Background in internal sales or account management
Experience within lighting, electrical or B2B wholesale advantageous
Strong communicator with high attention to detail
Able to multitask, prioritise and stay organised under pressure
