Job Description
My client is a leading and fast growing Electrical Wholesaler Based in the North-East of England. They are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to join their fast-paced Durham branch.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing product advice, preparing quotations, processing orders, and helping to grow branch sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve customers by phone, email, and at the trade counter
* Provide quotations, source products, and follow up on enquiries
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Support the external sales team with pricing and stock information
* Process orders accurately and efficiently through our system
* Help maintain an organised and welcoming trade counter environment
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in electrical wholesale, trade counter & sales
* Good product knowledge of electrical items (lighting, distribution, containment, etc.)
* Confident communication and customer service skills
* A proactive, team-focused attitude
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
