Aspion are partnered with a UK-leading business seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a long-term career in sales, with structured progression and hands-on training from day one. This role would suit a recent Graduate or an individual currently in a fast-paced telesales role, looking to further progress and develop in a large business.

Package:

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) + Annual bonus
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain strong relationships
Proactively contact potential clients via outbound calls to generate new business
Work closely with internal teams to understand end-to-end business operations
Participate in department rotations to build product and process knowledge
Support the sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order
Conduct competitor and market research
Negotiate payment terms and pricing to secure long-term business
Convert non-allocated leads into regular, revenue-generating customers
Identify and implement strategies to increase sales performance

Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Driven, motivated, and eager to succeed in a sales environment
Comfortable with cold calling and new business development
Strong IT and administrative skills
Able to work towards targets and deadlines under pressure
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
