£28K - £35K - 33 days holiday including bank holidays - Mon to Fri business hours - 1 day hybrid
Are you an experienced freight forwarding sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, negotiating rates and winning new business?
What you'll be doing
Preparing competitive freight quotations, bids and tenders across Air, Sea and Road
Generating accurate quotes using CargoWise
Negotiating rates with airlines, shipping lines and overseas partners
Following up quotations and converting opportunities into new business
Building strong relationships with UK customers and international agents
Handling customer and pricing enquiries
Passing secured shipments smoothly to the Operations teamWhat we're looking for
2+ years' freight forwarding sales experienceStrong knowledge of the freight forwarding industry
Excellent customer service, negotiation and communication skills
Experience pricing Air, Sea and Road freight
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
