We are working with a well-established electrical wholesaler looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join its team in Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in electrical wholesale who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment, delivering excellent customer service and developing strong relationships with customers.
The Role
*
Handling incoming and outgoing sales enquiries from trade customers.
*
Preparing and processing customer quotations and orders.
*
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
*
Providing product advice and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
*
Working closely with the external sales team and branch colleagues.
*
Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer requirements are met.
What We're Looking For
*
Previous experience within electrical wholesale is required.
*
Experience in internal sales, trade counter or a similar sales environment.
*
Good knowledge of electrical products and the electrical distribution market.
*
Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
*
A proactive, customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in sales.
