Internal Sales Executive / Project Administrator
Salary: Up to £35,000 | Engineering | Technical Sales | Project Support
We're recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive / Project Administrator to join a growing specialist engineering business.
This is a varied role combining technical sales, customer enquiries, quotations and project administration. You'll work closely with customers, contractors and engineers, supporting projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.
The Role

Prepare quotations, proposals and pricing for customers.
*
Review technical specifications, drawings and tender documents.
*
Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers and engineers.
*
Provide project administration support, coordinating documentation and technical information.
*
Follow up quotations and help convert enquiries into orders.
*
Monitor project progress, ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met.
*
Support the wider sales team with customer enquiries and ongoing projects.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an organised, commercially minded individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
*
Experience as an Internal Sales Executive, Project Administrator or within a similar sales support or coordination role.
*
Background in engineering, HVAC, M&E, construction or building services would be advantageous.
*
Experience preparing quotations, processing orders or coordinating projects.
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
Confident dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
*
Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and priorities.
Previous technical experience would be beneficial, although full product training will be provided.
