As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical support, and preparing quotes using the Rad-quote package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
* Prepare and manage accurate quotes and proposals using the Rad-quote package.
* Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.
* Provide technical assistance and support to the sales team and customers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the sheet metal or laser cutting industry.
* In-depth knowledge of the Rad-quote package is essential.
* Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex engineering concepts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
