SFR Recruitment Solutions are proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation within the technical products sector, seeking a French & German speaking Internal Sales & Account Developer to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit sales office, where youβll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, providing technical advice, and driving sales growth across both new and existing accounts.
The Role
* Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
* Provide technical advice, pricing and solutions to customers
* Follow up quotations and progress opportunities through to close
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Proactively contact clients to identify new opportunities and upcoming projects
* Support both new business development and account growth
* Analyse customer buying trends and manage pricing structures
* Administer enquiries through shared inboxes and allocate accordingly
* Prepare reports and support the wider sales team where required
About You
* Fluent in French and German (essential)
* Experience in an internal sales, customer service or sales support role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently
* Positive, customer-focused approach with a desire to learn and develop
