We are seeking a highly organised Internal Sales Administrator to join a busy and established team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that customer orders are accurate and also supporting customers with product inquiries, quotations and after sales service.
Duties
* Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Providing customers with stock availability, pricing, product details and delivery estimates
* Ensuring that customer orders are fully accurate and processed according to company procedures
* Raise and respond to enquiries
* Liaising with transport, and production teams
* Investigate and resolve pricing queries
* Order processing and Checking Orders
* Understanding products and customers
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Cross reference customer pricing against price lists, quotations and account pricing to ensure accuracy
Skills
* Proven experience in an Internal Sales, Sales Administration or Sales support role
* Experience checking orders and verifying pricing accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
* Strong administration and organisational skills
