Internal Sales Administrator (Maternity Cover)- Aberdeen

The Role

This role seeks a self-motivated candidate who will know how to deal with customers

enquiries and Internal Sales orders over the phone and by email and process them

efficiently.

Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office applications, as well

as good communication skills are required and how organise, prioritise and manage your

workload.

Requirements

* Assist and support the Marine Manager in all general administrative duties.

* Prepare and issue product quotations.

* Provide customers with order status updates.

* Respond to incoming sales enquiries.

* Maintain and update records and certification reports and maintain relevant job cards.

* Produce and control relevant documentation to enable the division to function.

Qualifications/Experience

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.

* Must have good accuracy and attention to detail.
