Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of prestigious, high-volume customer accounts with consistency and professionalism via telephone and email communication
Build and maintain strong business relationships, secure repeat business and ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery
Confirm pricing, stock levels, and product availability – consistently updating customers of progress
Prepare detailed quotations and provide proactive updates on customer orders, aiming to exceed customer expectations
Use MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) to support daily operations, complete internal reports and manage customer orders
Produce high quality customer administration, ensuring prompt response and accuracy of information
Navigate ERP and Stock Ordering Systems to manage workflow and stock inventory
The Ideal candidate
Proven experience in internal sales and order processing
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Confident working with ERP systems and stock/order management tools
A business-savvy mindset and a proactive approach to customer service
