Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Leeds based manufacturing client to recruit a Internal Account Manager to join their growing sales team on a permanent, full time basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and day to day customer communications, whilst supporting the continued development of existing and prospective accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and issuing accurate verbal and written quotations in response to customer enquiries
* Reviewing, following up, and negotiating quotations where appropriate
* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and arranging proof of delivery where required
* Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to support profitable business growth
* Maintaining accurate customer and sales information within ERP and internal systems
You will need:
* Previous experience within an internal sales, account management, or customer focused sales role
* Experience within metals, engineering, manufacturing, industrial distribution, or raw materials sector would be advantageous but not essential
* Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP/MRP systems
