Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and expanding relationships with customers, including revisiting dormant accounts.
* Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly, professional approach.
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
* Supporting other areas of the business during busy periods as needed.
* Liaising with manufacturers to negotiate the best terms and support special projects.
* Selling products over the trade counter and providing expert product advice.
* Managing your own workload efficiently, demonstrating attention to detail.

* Proven internal sales experience in electrical wholesale or a similar trade environment
* Strong knowledge of electrical products and supplies.
* Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers.
