Your Role

* Build and maintain a robust cost accounting system.

* Deliver accurate cost reports and perform variance analysis.

* Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams.

* Analyse cost structures and margins to support strategic decisions.

* Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation.

* Recommend software solutions for future-proofing.

What You Bring

* Proven experience in cost accounting within manufacturing or stock-based environments.

* Strong knowledge of cost principles, variance analysis, and inventory management.

* Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel.

* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.

* Part-qualified or fully qualified (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
