Job Description

Oversee the full accounting cycle for Council Tax and NNDR, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with statutory requirements

Prepare detailed notes and supporting working papers for year‑end processes, enabling smooth audit review and financial statement completion

Produce government returns for the Collection Fund, ensuring submissions are timely, accurate, and fully reconciled to internal records

Maintain robust controls and reconciliations for Council Tax and NNDR income, arrears, precepts, and adjustments throughout the financial year
