Description
Own integrated marketing strategy and delivery across offline and online channels, driving brand health and full‑funnel performance across the UK automobile portfolio.
Lead media investment and governance, with full accountability for (c.£21m) media budget, ensuring effective allocation, optimisation and commercial control.
Shape audience‑first media strategies, working closely with media agency partners to plan, activate and optimise campaigns across channels.
Act as marketing project lead for UK product launches, coordinating campaigns, assets and timelines across Product, Marketing, Retail, PR, CRM and Digital teams.
Manage senior stakeholder engagement and sign‑offs, presenting clear objectives, measurement frameworks and evidence‑based rationale.
Use insight and performance data to evaluate media effectiveness, refine strategies and drive continuous improvement across campaigns and launches.Profile
The successful applicant will have:
A strong background in integrated marketing and media leadership, spanning both offline and digital channels
Proven experience managing and governing large‑scale media budgets (£10m+), ideally within a consumer, FMCG or agency environment
A brand‑led, full‑funnel mindset, with the ability to balance brand health and commercial outcomes
Confidence operating at senior stakeholder level, influencing, challenging and securing sign‑off
Excellent cross‑functional project management skills, ideally with experience delivering product or campaign launches
The ability to work autonomously and at pace in an interim role, bringing clarity, structure and momentum quicklyJob Offer
