Essential experience
* 1 year at least experience in Insurance broking or underwriting OR a similar professional sales/customer service role
* Enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team
* A good level of literacy

* New business, renewals and mid term policy servicing
* Quotations using IT platforms
* Claims administration
* Client and insurer facing as well as telephone
