Optimize investment-related tasks and monitor tendering processes.
Select and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.Project Management and Execution
Lead the project team and manage stakeholders.
Monitor contracts, progress reports, and budget performance.
Communicate with investors, authorities, and external partners.Project Close-Out
Review and settle accounts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Support the preparation of new bids and obtain project references.
Hand over completed projects to warranty and claims management departments.Requirements
University degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma in Engineering) in Civil Engineering.
Several years of experience in construction cost accounting and project cost settlement.
Knowledge of German construction contract regulations (VOB).
Experience using the iTWO software platform.
Proven ability to motivate project teams and successfully achieve project objectives.
