After an incredible year of growth, the business is now expanding their team and hiring for an Influencer Marketing Manager. You’ll be responsible for building strong creator partnerships, delivering high-performing campaigns, and turning cultural relevance into measurable business impact. You will inherit existing Influencer relationships with a range of well-known sports professionals and celebrities as well as building new relationships.
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands creator ecosystems, and knows how to balance creativity with data-driven decision making.
What you’ll be doing as an Influencer Marketing Manager:
* Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals
* Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
* Plan and deliver end-to-end influencer campaigns, from briefing and contracting through to execution and reporting
* Negotiate fees, contracts, and usage rights with creators and agencies
* Collaborate closely with social, brand, PR, and performance teams to ensure integrated campaigns
* Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity
* Stay on top of influencer trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep campaigns fresh and relevant
* Ensure all activity complies with advertising regulations and brand guidelines
What you will have as an Influencer Marketing Manager:
* Proven experience in an Influencer Marketing Manager role
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
* Experience managing budgets and negotiating commercial agreements
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
* Creative thinker with a strong eye for content and storytelling
