We are currently recruiting an Industrial Cleaner to support our client's busy food production facility in Stockport. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sweeping and maintaining cleanliness of production floors
Cleaning and sanitising toilets and communal areas
Preparing and cleaning down the food production area before and after shifts
Safe use of cleaning chemicals in line with site procedures
Ensuring all hygiene standards are met and maintained
Following health & safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
Previous cleaning or industrial hygiene experience preferred
Knowledge of safe chemical handling; COSHH training is highly desirable
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
