We are looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Manager who is currently working within a telephone-based sales or contact centre environment.
If your experience is primarily in retail management, field sales, business development or face-to-face sales, this role is unlikely to be suitable.
This is a hands-on management position where you'll lead by example, coach your team and continue to handle inbound enquiries yourself.
The Role
Working alongside the Operations Director, you'll be responsible for leading a small inbound sales team, improving conversion rates and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and motivating a small inbound sales team.
* Coaching advisers to improve sales performance.
* Monitoring KPIs and conversion rates.
* Handling inbound sales enquiries.
* Converting warm enquiries into successful sales.
* Leading by example through your own sales performance.

Essential Requirements
To be considered you must have:
* Current experience working within a telephone-based inbound sales or contact centre environment.
* Experience managing, supervising or coaching a sales team.
* A proven track record of converting inbound enquiries into sales.
* Experience working to KPIs and conversion targets.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
