A growing founder-led business entering an exciting phase of scale. With a clear and established People Strategy already in place, they are now looking for an experienced HR professional to help bring it to life and support the business through its next stage of growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on, standalone HR role where you will act as the go-to person for all day-to-day people matters while also supporting the delivery of key strategic initiatives.
You will partner closely with leadership to ensure the people agenda supports business performance, culture, and growth.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage day-to-day HR operations across the business

Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all employee-related matters

Support and implement the existing People Strategy

Lead on employee relations cases with confidence and sound judgement

Review and improve HR policies, processes, and documentation
*
Support hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives
*
Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice
*
Help build a positive, high-performing culture aligned with company values
About You

Proven experience in a standalone HR role within a small or scaling business
*
Strong generalist HR knowledge across both operational and strategic areas
