We're currently recruiting for a Part-Time HR Advisor to join an organisation based in Sittingbourne.
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide professional HR support and guidance within a busy working environment.
What you'll be doing:
Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees
Assisting with employee relations matters
Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followedWhat you'll bring:
Previous experience within an HR Advisor role or similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation
Ability to manage a varied workloadThis is a permanent, part-time position working 2 days per week based in Sittingbourne.
