HOMECARE SUPPORT WORKER – LICHFIELD (WS13–WS14)

Earn £13.00–£17.26/hr + 45p mileage as a Homecare Support Worker with Ignis Care.

Minimum 1-hour visits, in-house Birmingham training (MH & BLS), uniform/PPE, bank-holiday uplift, shadowing and on-call support. Drivers only.

We’re expanding across Lichfield, Burntwood, Streethay and Fradley, building a reliable, dignity-led homecare team.

What we offer

• £13.00 – £17.26/hr depending on the pay model you choose
• 45p/mile (first 10,000 miles), 25p thereafter

• Full UK licence + your own car (essential)
• Reliable, calm and professional attitude
• Experience helpful but not required
• Able to work alternate weekends
