Are you a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexible and rewarding work in schools?We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated HLTAs to support a range of primary and secondary schools. Whether you're looking for short-term, long-term, or day-to-day assignments, we have opportunities to suit your availability.
The Role
Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Provide classroom support across a range of year groups
Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff
Support pupils to achieve their full potential
Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
Requirements
✅ Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
✅ Previous experience working within a school setting
✅ Strong classroom management skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
