Job Title: Part-Time Live-In Carer / Support Worker

Location: Private Home

Position Type: Part-Time (Live-In – 3 Days per Week)

Pay: £140 per day + food allowance

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated live-in Support Worker to provide care and assistance to a young lady in her home. This role involves offering both practical and emotional support, ensuring her comfort, safety, and wellbeing at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day personal care and support tailored to individual needs

* Assist with daily living activities (e.g. meal preparation, light household tasks, companionship)

* Support mobility and general wellbeing

* Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment

* Be attentive and responsive to needs during the night

Night Support Requirement

* From 9:30pm onwards, the individual may require consistent and ongoing support throughout the night

* The role requires a high level of attentiveness and availability during night-time hours

Working Pattern

* Live-in role for 3 days per week

* Full use of the home during placement

* Time outside of required duties (when appropriate) is your own, subject to care needs

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in a care or support worker role preferred

* Kind, patient, and understanding nature

* Ability to work independently and responsibly

* Reliable and committed to providing high-quality care

* Flexibility to meet changing care needs
