We are looking for a caring and reliable Health Care Assistant to join our team at Umika Homes.
You will support residents with their day-to-day care needs, helping them maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing in line with their individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with washing, dressing, bathing, eating and other daily activities.
*
Support residents at mealtimes and with drinks where required.
*
Help maintain clean, tidy and safe resident and communal areas.
*
Support residents to take part in activities.
*
Observe and report any changes in residents’ needs or wellbeing to senior staff.
*
Maintain accurate care records.
*
Follow all health and safety, hygiene and care home policies.
*
Work closely with Nurses, Senior Carers and the wider care team.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, respectful, dependable and able to work well as part of a team.
