About This Role
You’ll be supporting a kind, polite and well-mannered gentleman in his 20s who lives at home with his family. He enjoys relaxing at home, watching football and is a passionate Arsenal FC supporter. He also enjoys going shopping and has aspirations to attend college or university in the future as he develops a more consistent daily routine.
This is a 2:1 care role, providing high-quality, person-centred care and support across both day and night shifts. Working as part of a two-to-one team, you will assist with personal care, moving and handling, oral hygiene, physiotherapy and clinical care needs.
You will provide attentive and responsive support throughout your shift, ensuring he remains safe, comfortable and well supported while promoting his dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will work closely with the wider care team to provide consistent, compassionate support tailored to his individual needs.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our client has requested female care staff to join their team.
Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
* Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
* Have the right to work in the UK.
* Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
* Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
