Healthcare Assistant – General Practice (Primary Care Experience Essential)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join a busy general practice on an ongoing block booking basis.
Start date: 5th May
Location: General Practice setting (Primary Care)
Hours: Up to 5 days per week
Duration: Ongoing block booking
Pay rates:
* £20 per hour (PAYE)
* £23.50 per hour (Umbrella)
Essential requirement:
Candidates must have recent primary care / general practice experience. Applications without primary care experience will not be considered or successful.
Key responsibilities include:
* Phlebotomy and blood sample collection
* ECG recording and checks
* Diabetic foot checks
* General Healthcare Assistant duties within a GP setting
The ideal candidate will be confident working independently within a primary care environment and experienced in delivering the above clinical skills to a high standard.
