Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Complex Care
Location: Kent | Hours: Days and nights | Pay: £16 – £20 per hour
We’re looking for a caring, reliable HCA to support young people and adults with complex needs.
What you’ll do
* Work as part of a team, supporting clients and colleagues
* Follow each client’s care plan
* Handle challenging situations positively and appropriately
* Work days and nights with young people and adults with complex needs
What we need
* Experience in complex care
* Strong face-to-face communication skills with non-verbal clients
* At least 12 months’ experience as a children’s and adults’ support worker in the UK
* A valid PMVA certificate (BILD accredited), to be presented at application or interview
Nice to have
* A clear DBS on the Update Service
