**About This Role**
Our client is currently residing in a rehabilitation setting in Sheffield, so candidates will need to travel there for training and shadowing. We are pleased to offer a contribution towards travel costs, and where required, we can also consider support with accommodation
We are building a dedicated care team to support a friendly and engaging gentleman as he prepares to transition from a rehabilitation setting back to his own home in Leicester
The role will include supporting with personal care, safe moving and handling, and assisting with his clinical interventions. You will also support his daily routines while encouraging and enabling him to take part in activities that are meaningful and enjoyable to him.

**Clinical Experience**
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

**Essential Requirements**
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
* Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
* Have the right to work in the UK*
* Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
* Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
**We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.**
