Meet Our Client

We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a bright and engaging young teenage boy who lives at home with his family.

He enjoys interaction, creative activities, and taking part in his daily routine. During the day, you'll support him at home and with access to education, providing both personal and complex clinical care.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping him live as independently as possible while creating a safe, caring environment and encouraging the activities he enjoys.

Night shifts involve remaining attentive to his needs, ensuring his safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night.

What You'll Need

We're looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants with:

* A minimum of 3 months' care experience

* Confidence with medication administration, personal care, and moving & handling

* Good communication skills and a person-centred approach

* A full UK driving licence, with the ability to drive a manual adapted vehicle

* Experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation management, bowel care, and PEG feeding is desirable but not essential, as full clinical training will be provided

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for nights and weekends

* Permanent contract with regular, confirmed rotas

* Paid training and DBS

* Reward & recognition programme

* 24/7 support from our dedicated team

* Funded clinical training and career development

Our funded training, including clinical skills, is provided free of charge; however, attendance is unpaid.
