The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents with their daily living needs. Working as part of a supportive care team, you will help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment where residents feel valued and respected.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing compassionate care and support to residents
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Supporting residents with mobility and wellbeing
• Building positive relationships with residents and their families
• Promoting dignity, independence, and choice at all times
• Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and social activities
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns

About You

• Minimum 6 months’ experience within a care setting
• A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting older people
• Ability to provide person-centred care with dignity and respect
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
