Contract: Full‑time, 36 hours per week (Days)
Pay: £12.21 per hour + £1 weekend enhancement

The Opportunity
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in St Leonards‑on‑Sea. This role offers the chance to provide high‑quality care and support to elderly residents living with dementia and mental health conditions in a residential and nursing care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver person‑centred care and support to residents
Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and mobility
Support residents with dementia and mental health needs in a respectful and dignified manner
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in elderly care, dementia, or mental health support (preferred)
Compassionate, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work day shifts across a 36‑hour contract
