Brookes HC Recruitment Ltd is looking for an organised and proactive Healthcare Administrator to support our busy healthcare recruitment agency.
The role will involve general office administration alongside supporting the onboarding and ongoing compliance of healthcare workers.
Key Responsibilities
*
Right to Work checks, including share codes and visa expiry dates
*
Processing and monitoring DBS applications and Update Service checks
*
Obtaining and chasing employment references
*
Checking employment history and candidate documentation
*
Monitoring mandatory training and expiry dates
*
Maintaining accurate worker compliance files
*
Supporting candidate registrations and onboarding
*
Arranging training and inductions
*
Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
*
Answering calls and responding to emails
*
General office and recruitment administration
*
Supporting timesheet and payroll administration when required
About You
You will be:
*
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
*
Professional when dealing with candidates and clients
*
Comfortable chasing outstanding documentation
*
Able to manage your own workload and priorities
*
Reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a busy team
Previous experience within healthcare, recruitment, compliance or administration would be advantageous.
Full training on our systems and compliance processes will be provided.
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Birmingham
