About the Role:
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users. You will assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and support
Assisting with mobility and daily activities
Monitoring and recording observations
Supporting service users with meals and hydration
Upholding dignity, respect, and person-centred values at all times
Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamRequirements:
Minimum 3 months' experience in a care or support role
A caring and empathetic nature
Good communication and teamwork skills
Right to work in the UK
Flexibility to work various shifts (desirable)
Relevant training or certificates (advantageous but not essential)
