The Role
Deliver engaging lessons across Health and Social Care courses (Level 1–Level 3)
Support learners with coursework and assessments
Teach topics linked to health, social care, safeguarding, and professional practice
Plan and deliver inclusive teaching sessions
Monitor learner progress and provide feedback
Create a positive and supportive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Experience within Health and Social Care (industry or teaching)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to engage and support post-16 learners
Flexible, professional, and reliable approach
Desirable:
Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, DET)
Experience within Further Education
Experience delivering BTEC, CACHE, or vocational qualifications
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
