Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a UK wide SEN group seeking an inspiring and visionary Headteacher to lead one of their specialist provisions for children and young people with autism and associated learning differences based in North London from September 2026 or sooner if required on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will drive excellence in education and care, ensuring every child achieves their full potential. They will lead a committed team of professionals, fostering a culture of high expectations, collaboration, and innovation. This role demands strategic leadership, strong organisational skills, and a passion for promoting outstanding outcomes for pupils.
As the Headteacher, you will be responsible for shaping the school’s vision, monitoring progress, developing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, while actively engaging with parents, carers, and the wider community. Acting as a role model, you will inspire a positive school ethos, embed best practices, and maintain a centre of excellence for specialist education.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status with Degree; NPQH essential. SEND qualifications desirable.
* Proven leadership in a SEN school, with experience supporting pupils with autism and SEMH needs.
* Strong track record in staff development, curriculum innovation, and delivering measurable pupil progress.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and creating an inclusive learning environment.
Salary: £82,500 - £96,000 (Dependent on experience)
