Reporting to the Director of Security and Safety, the Head of Security and Loss Prevention will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Security function, including the Uniformed Security operation, Loss Prevention and Investigations, the Security Operations Centre, and the Security Projects teams, driving performance, engagement and development.
You will support the development of the Security strategy, ensuring the leadership team is set-up for success with a focus on people and talent, operational excellence, loss prevention, building a security culture and driving innovation within the function.
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented leader with demonstrable experience primarily in loss prevention strategy. The successful candidate will bring exceptional communication skills, remain calm under pressure, and have a proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
