REF 118 – SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR – CARE HOMES – GODALMING BASE, NATIONAL TRAVEL
Forest Care Selection are working with an innovative care and nursing home provider with a distinctive model of care and ambitious growth plans.
They are looking for a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead sales, marketing and business development across their expanding portfolio.
Based from the Guildford/Godalming area, you will set the strategy, lead the team and drive occupancy, revenue and customer experience across homes in England.
As Sales & Marketing Director, you will:
* Shape and deliver the organisation’s commercial strategy.
* Lead, coach and develop the sales and marketing teams.
* Work closely with operations to grow occupancy, revenue and customer experience.
* Identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence and local market performance.
You will bring:
* Significant leadership experience in sales and marketing.
* A proven track record of delivering occupancy growth.
* Strong knowledge of the elderly care, care home or nursing home sector.
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* The flexibility to travel across the provider’s portfolio of homes in England.
This is a standout opportunity for a senior customer relations manager, regional business development manager or established commercial leader ready to step into a high-impact director-level role with a growing provider.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a base salary of £62,500, with potential negotiation for the right person, plus a £5,000 car allowance.
