Develop and deliver an omnichannel growth strategy across brand, retail, and eCommerce
Drive digital performance across paid media, Amazon, TikTok, and CRM
Lead creative campaigns and brand actuation's across multiple channels
Manage key retail relationships and support commercial planning
Oversee international marketing activity and market expansion
Lead and develop the in-house marketing and design teamProfile
Proven marketing leader with strong growth focus
Experience in consumer brands (FMCG or similar)
Good understanding of eCommerce and digital expertise (Amazon, TikTok, paid media)
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and performance
Confident managing retail partnerships and stakeholders
