HELLO ORIENTAL is coming to Wigan, and we're looking for an experienced Head Chef to help us launch our exciting new Pan-Asian restaurant! This is a fantastic opportunity to join us from day one, take ownership of the kitchen and play a key role in making our newest restaurant a success.
What you'll be doing:
* 🍳 Leading the kitchen team and keeping service running smoothly
* 🥢 Preparing and delivering high-quality Pan-Asian dishes
* 🔥 Setting kitchen standards from the very first day
* 👨🍳 Managing food preparation, quality and consistency
* ✅ Keeping the kitchen organised, efficient and ready for busy service
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in an Asian / Oriental restaurant kitchen is essential
* Confidence leading a busy kitchen team
* A passion for great food and high standards
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Reliable, hardworking and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Available to start immediately and able to travel to Wigan
What's on offer?
💰 Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
📍 Location: Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, Wigan
🕒 Hours: Full-time, working within an 11am–10pm operating window
🚀 Start: Immediate
