Are you energetic, people-focused, and ready to be part of something exciting? Rockley is on the lookout for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team as Guest Experience Assistants at our Buddens Activity Centre.
This is your chance to play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As part of our Guest Experience Team, you’ll help keep our centre running smoothly — from maintaining our facilities to delivering outstanding customer service and supporting guests from all walks of life. Every day is different, and your contribution will directly shape the experience of schools, families, and young adventurers who visit us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping our shower blocks, toilet facilities and tented accommodation clean, safe and welcoming
- Engaging with guests daily to ensure their residential and day-trip experiences run smoothly
- Supporting general site upkeep and contributing to the overall presentation of the centre
- Working closely with the wider centre team to help manage daily operations
- Offering attentive care and supervision to our younger visitors when needed
- Providing help in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assisting with the smooth running of the Buddens tuck shop
- Delivering exceptional customer service as an integral part of the Guest Experience Team

What We’re Looking For
Experience, Qualifications & Abilities
- Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
- Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children (desirable)
- Previous catering experience welcome
- Enhanced DBS (can be arranged upon offer)
