The Role:
You'll take ownership of digital marketing across multiple brands, working closely with the Head of E-commerce and wider e-commerce and marketing teams.
You'll:
Lead performance across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates
Manage and develop an in-house team of 3
Own budgets, forecasts and channel performance
Drive customer acquisition and database growth
Develop new affiliate and third-party partnerships
Report on weekly, monthly and seasonal performance
Constantly look for opportunities to improve results and accelerate growth
What We're Looking For:
Strong performance marketing background
Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok and Google
Excellent analytical and commercial skills
Confident stakeholder management
A motivating and supportive people manager
Ideally 2-3+ years' relevant digital marketing experience
