We’re looking for a commercially driven leader to grow revenue across a group of 4 technical manufacturing businesses, with a strong emphasis on winning new business. The businesses specialise in
Laser cutting and fabrication
Printing
Precision engineering
Your role will be to lead sales strategy across all 4 businesses, exploring synergies between the customers and products, secure new opportunities, manage key accounts, and work closely with operations to deliver profitable results.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales strategy and revenue growth
Proactively win new business across OEMs, distributors, and end users
Manage key accounts, contracts, and pricing
Lead tenders, proposals, and negotiations
Align forecasts with production and supply chain
Track pipeline and performance via CRM
About You
Experience in B2B sales (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
The ability to sell a technical product.
Understanding the manufacturing process
Proven track record in new business development
Strong commercial, negotiation, and account management skills
Understanding of pricing, contracts, and sales cycles
