An established main-dealer service operation is seeking a hardworking, reliable and experienced Groundscare Machinery Service Engineer for its Exebridge depot. This is a secure, long-term role with genuine career progression, working across a varied fleet of premium turf and compact equipment — both in the workshop and out on customer premises across the South West.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service and repair groundscare machinery in the workshop and on customer sites
Carry out pre-delivery inspection and set-up on new and used equipment
Complete job-related administration accurately (job cards, DTAC, digital timesheets)
Maintain a tidy, organised workstation and service van
Work confidently with the latest diagnostic technologies
Mentor apprentices and support team development
Adhere to all company health & safety policies
Undertake manufacturer and in-house training as required
About You
Proven experience as a service engineer on groundscare, agricultural or compact machinery
Competent in modern diagnostic systems and confident with IT
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a wider service team
Familiarity with John Deere, Stihl or comparable premium brands is highly desirable
Full clean UK driving licence

£30,000 – £35,000 basic, depending on experience
