We are seeking a part-time graphic designer to help with our continued growth.
Established in 2016, we’re a successful full service B2B marketing agency, providing all the strategic, digital and creative marketing our clients need - in areas including aerospace, horticulture, international logistics and new technology.
We work long-term with our clients, becoming a true extension of their team.
Our own happy team includes part-time and full-time staff, most of whom have been with us long-term too.
The Role
This is a great role for a graphic designer who is keen to find a position which appreciates their skills and fits around family or other commitments.
You’ll work closely with all our colleagues to help create and influence the visual elements of marketing for our clients. You’ll also have an option to explore other areas.
This is an office-based role in Norwich.
Key Duties
Graphic design for marketing, including:
* Branding
* Campaigns
* Social media
* Email marketing
* Content marketing
Graphic design for digital marketing, including:
* Website design
* Digital campaigns
* Digital reporting
Graphic design for print, including:
* Brochures
* Flyers and mailers
* Event stands and merchandise
Managing your own workload
Working closely with colleagues to support our clients
What We Offer

Salary £27,000-£33,000 (FTE, pro rata to part-time hours).
The Person
Essential
* Experience of graphic design in a commercial or agency environment
* Strong creativity and design skills
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
* Good understanding of the principles of marketing
* Well organised and able to effectively plan your own workload
* Adaptive, dependable and enthusiastic
Desirable (but not essential)
* Design or marketing related qualification
* Skills in Canva, Figma or other creative software
