Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our partner primary schools in Bury for a range of Graduate Teaching Assistant roles, spanning Early Years through to Upper Key Stage 2.
The Role:
Supporting class teachers with day-to-day classroom activities
Working with individuals and small groups to support learning and development
Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Gaining hands-on experience across different year groups
Developing key skills and knowledge to prepare you for a future career in teaching
Ideal Candidate:
A recent graduate (any degree discipline considered)
Passionate about working with children and education
Considering a future PGCE or teacher training pathway
Patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable
Confident communicating with children and staff
Able to commit for the duration of the academic year
