Key Responsibilities of the Psychology Graduate – Classroom-Based Support Role
Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN
Assist teachers in delivering adapted lessons and interventions
Support pupils’ social, emotional, and communication development
Implement strategies to encourage independence and positive behaviour
Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers, and support staff
