💼 What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t just a job—it’s a career accelerator. As an Associate (Trainee) Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

🌐 Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
🧠 Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
🤝 Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
💬 Negotiate offers - Make placements
🔄 Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
📑 Vertical market specialist
